The New National Gallery (Neue Nationalgalerie) was built by Mies van der Rohe and is dedicated to the art of the 20th century.
During necessary renovations, the Neue Nationalgalerie is closed since January 2015 for several years.
The Kulturforum is one of the most important cultural centre for arts in Berlin. It includes the New National Gallery (Neue Nationalgalerie), the Picturegallery (Gemäldegalerie), the Museum of Decorative Arts (Kunstgewerbemuseum) and other museums, the Philharmonic and the State Library.
