Superior rooms at the FLOTTWELL BERLIN Hotel

Our rooms come furnished with a well-appointed kitchenette including a refrigerator, hotplate, microwave and electric kettle. A comfortable seating area with a small dining table, a large desk and light oak parquet floor creates a cozy atmosphere.

The spacious bathrooms feature underfloor heating and a bath or shower.

And there’s still plenty of room for a rollaway bed if you’re traveling with a small group or as a family with children. We also provide cribs and high chairs. Just ask!

The 32 inch Full HD TV with media hub plus free, super-fast LAN and WiFi throughout the entire hotel adds up to a perfect stay.

Flottwell laundry service

Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer which are located in our laundry room for your personal use. Detergent is available at reception for a small fee. And if the wrinkled look doesn’t suit you, we offer free use of an iron to smooth things over.

Accessibility

The FLOTTWELL BERLIN Hotel offers two barrier-free rooms for wheelchair users. Access to the entrance of the hotel is step-free and an elevator leads to the upper floors. Bathrooms also offer barrier-free access for wheelchairs.

The first floor – warm ochre

The first floor shows warm ochre tones, the colour of numerous brick facades in Berlin. The legendary “Birkenwerder yellow” was used in 19th century residential buildings and many public buildings.

The second floor – vibrant green

The second floor appears in rich green. This choice of colour is obvious, as our hotel is located next to one of Berlin’s largest parks – the Park am Gleisdreieck.

The third floor – sunny yellow

On the third floor, you will encounter a bright yellow tone, which refers to the many hours of sunshine in the capital.

The fourth floor – heavenly blue

And, finally, on the fourth floor, you meet a bright blue. We dedicate this colour to the sky above Berlin and to the many waterways and canals that have belonged to the city for centuries just like sparrows and beer.
